Dr. Nancy Ruzycki, Principal Investigator of EQuIPD, discussed the importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the University of Florida’s Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. With the incorporation of the EQuIPD model, Dr. Ruzycki explores how AI can be incorporated into every facet of our lives, including education curriculum, healthcare, environmental systems, and human interactions. As an advocate for computational thinking and the integration of AI in education, Dr. Ruzycki believes that in order to advance in our Computer Science education, we must educate teachers and students on how to creatively use AI to our advantage.
